Do I need an account, and is it free?

eNepali is free to use. You can browse a lot of it as a guest, but you'll need a free account to follow organizations, message, RSVP to events, leave reviews, and save bookmarks. See Accounts & Signing In.

How do I sign up? What is the one-time code?

Sign up with your email address. We'll email you a one-time verification code — type it into eNepali to confirm the email is yours and finish creating your account. You can also sign in with Google or Apple. Full steps are in Accounts & Signing In.

The code didn't arrive — what do I do?

Give it a minute, then check your spam or junk folder. You can request a new code from the same screen. More fixes are on the Troubleshooting page.

Can I use eNepali in Nepali?

Yes. eNepali works in English and Nepali. You can switch your language in your settings — see Your Profile & Settings.

What's the difference between the website and the app?

They share the same account. The website (enepali.com) needs no download; the mobile app adds push notifications and an on-the-go experience. See Getting the Mobile App.

How do I follow a business or organization?

Open the organization's page and tap Follow. Their updates then show up more in your feed, and you can message them. See Businesses & Organizations.

How do events and RSVP work?

Browse events near you, open one, and mark yourself Interested. You can set a reminder, add it to your phone or computer calendar, comment, and message the organizer. See Events.

Why am I not getting notifications?

On mobile, make sure you allowed push notifications when the app asked (you can turn them on in your phone's settings). You'll also find your notifications list in the app and on the web. See Notifications and Troubleshooting.

How do I save something to read later?

Tap the bookmark icon on news, posts, events, products, galleries, or a business. Find everything again on your Bookmarks page. See Saved & Bookmarks.

Is my information private? Can I delete my account?

You control your account. You can hide and report content, and you can delete your account and data at any time from your settings. See Reporting, Privacy & Safety.

How do I invite friends?

Share your personal referral link from the app. When a friend opens it, they're welcomed and can join. See Inviting Friends (Referrals).
